Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services at Connectstream (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 45 days days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
The refund request must be made within 24 hr days from the date of purchase.
The service or product purchased must not have been used or activated.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or service with Connectstream at any time. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at mail@connectstream.io or through our website. Please provide your account details and the reason for cancellation.
Upon termination of the Services by either party for any reason:
1.Connectstream will cease providing you with the Services and you will no longer be able to access your Account;
2.Unless otherwise provided in the Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to any refunds of any Fees, pro rata or otherwise;
3.Any outstanding balance owed to Connectstream for your use of the Services through the effective date of such termination will immediately become due and payable in full; and
4.Your Store website & Apps will be taken offline.
Please note that cancellation of certain services may result in the loss of access to features or functionalities. We recommend reviewing the terms of your subscription before cancelling to understand any implications.
